VISION
Ebony Cetinich
PRINCIPAL PLANNER
Ebony grew up in Mildura before venturing off to Adelaide for University. After graduating, she worked in both semi-rural and metropolitan Councils, assessing a wide range of planning applications. To be closer to family, Ebony returned to her hometown where she has been employed in both Local Government and the Private Sector. Ebony is highly dedicated and brings a pragmatic, solution-focused approach to every project.

George Kingsley
PRINCIPAL PLANNER
With roots in Fiji and upbringing in New Zealand George earnt his degree from the University of Auckland. George returned to his hometown in New Zealand, where he built a planning career across urban and rural planning matters in both local government and the private sector. George further expanded his Town Planning experience in Newcastle, NSW, before gaining experience with the Mildura Rural City Council. George has a passion for helping people navigate their way through the planning framework whilst advocating for good planning outcomes.
Mak Theil
OFFICE MANAGER
Mak is origanally from Adelaide but relocated to Mildura. As Office Manager at Jackson Planning, Mak is focused on keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our team. While new to town planning, her organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure every project stays on track.
Matt Jackson
DIRECTOR
Our founder and Director, Matt Jackson, was born and raised in Mildura and after finishing University in Adelaide, returned to his roots to start his planning career. Matt is committed to getting things done and helping clients achieve their goals. Drawing from years of experience in Local Government and the Private Sector, Matt is dedicated to delivering results and maximising value.
